Reiki is a popular and beneficial healing modality that is utilized for health and wellness.
It is based on energetic principles and is practiced in many hospitals, medical settings, and in private practice all around the world.

Threads of Light

Threads of Light is a restorative energy healing session designed to support the body’s natural capacity for balance and renewal. This approach works through the axiatonal lines — subtle energetic pathways that link the human energy system with the greater field of universal energy.
During the session, specialized alignment techniques are used to gently activate and harmonize these pathways, encouraging a steady, balanced flow of energy throughout the body and subtle field. Clients often experience a deep sense of calm, improved clarity, and a renewed feeling of vitality.
By restoring energetic coherence, Threads of Light helps release areas of stagnation, enhances self-awareness, and supports the body’s own healing intelligence.
Each session provides a gentle yet powerful reset — helping you feel grounded, aligned, and in flow with your natural rhythm of wellbeing.
Qigong
Qigong is the oldest branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, dating back 5000 years. "Qi" means energy and "gong" means cultivation. Qigong, therefore, helps us tend to our power and potential for healing.
Qigong combines slow flowing movement, breathwork and self-massage to balance, cultivate and harmonize our energy. It is easy to do, at any fitness level or age.
No special clothing or equipment needed.
Yoga
Gentle Hatha, Restorative, Yoga Nida and Yin Yoga are what I teach.
These types of yoga are ways to strengthen the body, hydrate the fascia and heal from the inside out.
